Three Peaks

2020

3D print of Google Earth Data

The Google Earth data of the Three Peaks in the Dolomites — downloaded on February 12, 2020 — are printed out as a 3D model and presented on a pedestal like a sculpture. A three-dimensional snapshot in color of Google data retrieved in the past, it represents this mountain of data as a sublime landscape modeled from light and shadow.
